🔧 Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting

1. Refresh your browser window
   Look for an update notification—usually at the top right of your screen—and click “Reload” if it appears. 

   

2. Do a hard refresh of the page
   This clears temporary files and forces the app to load a fresh version.

   How to hard refresh:

   • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R

   • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

3. Open the app in an Incognito or Private window
   This helps determine if the issue is caused by cached data or browser extensions.

   How to open an incognito window:

   • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)

   • Firefox/Safari: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P

4. Check your login credentials and access
   Make sure you're logged in with the correct account.

5. Clear the site’s stored data
   Stored data can sometimes cause glitches or prevent updates from loading correctly.

   How to clear site data:

   • Open your browser’s Settings

   • Go to Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data

   • Click “See all site data and permissions.”
