As a practitioner, you may prefer to guide your patients' supplement choices directly rather than surfacing product recommendations through their Tiny Health reports. The Hide supplement lists in patient's portal setting lets you control whether Tiny Health's curated supplement recommendations appear in your patients' Action Plans.
What This Setting Does
When Hide supplement lists in patient's portal is enabled, specific product recommendation cards are removed from your patients' Action Plans. These cards typically highlight supplements that Tiny Health has tested, reviewed, and approved based on microbiome research and clinical evidence -- including product details and direct links to purchase.
When the setting is enabled, patients will instead see a prompt to consult you directly for personalized supplement and probiotic guidance.
This setting applies across all of your patients' reports and can be changed at any time.
How to Enable or Disable This Setting
- Log in to your Practitioner Portal
- Navigate to Settings
- Locate Hide supplement lists in patient's portal
- Toggle it on to hide supplement recommendations, or off to show them
Default state: The setting is off by default, meaning supplement recommendations are visible to your patients unless you choose to hide them.

What Your Patients Will See
With the Setting Enabled
When turned on, specific product cards are replaced with a message directing patients to consult you for personalized supplement and probiotic recommendations. The rest of their Action Plan -- including microbiome findings, health insights, and general guidance -- remains fully visible.

With the Setting Disabled
When turned off, patients see the full Action Plan experience, including named supplement products with descriptions and Shop now links. Every product listed is science-backed, carefully vetted, and tied directly to something specific in their results. As always, patients should check with you before adding supplements or making changes to their routine. Please note: Tiny Health does not earn commission from these links.
