Refund policy

Cancellation Prior to Order Fulfillment: You may cancel any purchase prior to warehouse fulfillment and receive a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus a three percent (3%) payment processing fee. Applicable taxes will be refunded. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under this section, and the terms outlined below will apply.

Cancellation within 14 days: If your order has already been fulfilled by our warehouse but you are still within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund for any unused Products or Services, subject to a thirty-four dollar ($34) cancellation fee per kit. Applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping, handling, and any other administrative fees are non-refundable.
After fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Please note that testing kits cannot be returned once shipped. Because these are testing kits, we are unable to restock or resell them in order to maintain the integrity, safety, and quality standards of our testing process.

You agree to allow Tiny up to sixty (60) days to process and issue a refund, based on the date of your refund request.
