- For purchases canceled within 24 hours: We will issue you a full refund minus a 3% fee.
- For purchases canceled after 24 hours but before 14 days: We will issue a partial refund. Your refund will deduct $34/kit plus a 3% fee. *We offer a partial refund because once a microbiome test has been shipped, we cannot accept the test back.
