Understanding the gut microbiome community and how it may be contributing to inflammation is important for immune health - something that can impact many of the conditions in the food reactions diagram. Our Action Plan can help you take actions to promote your and your child’s best gut health. When the gut is balanced it can reduce symptoms related to inflammation and decrease your risk of developing a number of inflammatory conditions such as food allergies.
To sum it up, while we cannot identify specific food allergy triggers, our test can be very valuable in helping you to determine if there may be microbiome imbalances that may be contributing to food allergies. If we detect any microbiome imbalances, we will provide a personalized Action Plan to help you address those imbalances and optimize your gut health. By optimizing your gut microbiome, you may see the severity of reactions decrease, or you may be able to prevent a food allergy from developing.
