Someone used my affiliate code but I am now seeing them as a patient/client - is that okay?

Yes, that’s completely okay!

Affiliate codes are typically used when sharing Tiny Health with your broader audience or community. However, it’s possible that someone who initially used your affiliate code may later become your patient or client.

Practitioner codes are no longer used for practitioner accounts. When recommending a test directly to a patient, we generally suggest ordering through your practitioner account so you receive practitioner pricing and to avoid any potential conflict of interest.

That said, we don’t regulate when each code is used. Our recommendation is simply to use your practitioner account for direct patient orders and your affiliate code when sharing with your wider audience.
