Log into Your Account:

• Access your account by visiting Tiny Health.
• Use your registered email address and password to log in.
  
  

Check for Member's Rate:

• Navigate to the Tiny+ Store. If you do not see you might have used a different email address to purchase your kit compared to the email address used for registering your Tiny Health account.
  
  

Resolve Email Issues:

• If you used a different email address for the initial purchase, please contact our Support Team at hello@tinyhealth.com. Provide details of your purchase so we can assist you in activating the membership in your account.
  
  

Purchasing Multiple Gut Health Tests:

• For multiple kit purchases, you have two options:
  • Multiple Transactions: You can increase the quantity of kits in your cart. 
  • Request an Invoice: Email us at hello@tinyhealth.com with the number of kits you wish to purchase, and we will create a single invoice for you.
