If you need to cancel or reschedule your consult, please note that changes must be made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations and rescheduling are not available within 48 hours of the session.
How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Session
- Log in to your Tiny Health account.
- At the top part of the Home page, locate the section that says:
“Upcoming: Results Review Session” - Click on the section to open your Coaching page.
- On the Coaching page, click “Reschedule or Cancel.”
If You Choose "Reschedule"
You will be redirected to a page where you can select a new available date and time for your session.
If You Choose "Cancel"
If you used a consult credit to book the session, the credit will automatically be returned to your account for future use.
Important Information About Missed Sessions
1:1 Consult Calls
If you do not cancel your 1:1 consult within the 48-hour cancellation window, your specialist will record a short video reviewing your results and answering the questions submitted in your Calendly appointment.
Group Calls
Group calls are complimentary. If you miss your scheduled group call, you will still be able to reschedule for another available session. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance so other customers have the opportunity to book the available spot.
