Kit activation instructions

1. Go to tinyhealth.com/activate

2. Click on Kits

3. Click on Activate kit

4. Select the family member or Add New family member

5. Enter the Kit ID

6. Click on continue

7. Enter the sample date

8. Select if any of the following apply

We include additional metrics if you are currently pregnant, have previously given birth, or are trying to conceive.

9. Click on Activate this kit

10. Now that your kit is activated, it's time to complete your surveys

12. Click on Continue to start the surveys.
