Kit activation instructions

1. Go to https://account.tinyhealth.com/

2.  Login or Create an account if you have yet to register

3. Click on Activate your kit

4. Select the family member or Add New family member to create a profile

5. Enter the Kit ID

6. Click on continue

7. Enter the sample date

8. Select if any of the following apply

We include additional metrics if you are currently pregnant, have previously given birth, or are trying to conceive.

Click on Activate this kit

10. Now that your kit is activated, it's time to complete your surveys

12. Click on Continue to start the surveys.
