2. Do a hard refresh of the page
   This clears temporary files and forces the app to load a fresh version.

   How to hard refresh:

   • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R

   • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

3. Open the app in an Incognito or Private window
   This helps determine if the issue is caused by cached data or browser extensions.

   How to open an incognito window:

   • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (Mac)

   • Firefox/Safari: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P
