Troubleshooting steps
If the verification email hasn’t arrived, please try the following:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
Occasionally, verification emails can end up in these folders by mistake.Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
This can help refresh your session and fix any browser-related issues.Try a private or incognito window.
This helps make sure that browser extensions or saved data aren’t causing any problems.Confirm you’re using the correct registered email address.
Double-check that you’re looking at the same email inbox you used when signing up.Reset your password.

We now offer a password reset via SMS, so you can regain access even if email delivery is blocked.
Steps:
- Go to the Tiny Health login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Send reset via SMS.
- You’ll receive a verification code on the phone number linked to your account.
This lets you reset your password without needing access to your email.
