Generate a PDF report of your results

 1. Log in to your account and click on Results

2. Click on Practitioner PDF to download a copy of your report.

3. A copy of your PDF report will open in a new tab. You can download and print it.

Please note that the Action Plans will not be available in the PDF copy.

Troubleshooting

If you don’t see the button to generate or download your PDF report, try these steps

• Refresh the page
• Log out and log back in
