How do I get access to patient results?

The easiest way to get access to results is to have its ordered using your unique practitioner code.

Any kit ordered with your code, will prompt your patient to confirm you are the assigned practitioner at activation. The kit information will then appear in your practitioner portal. 

If you order kits in bulk (10+) or have a wholesale agreement (100 kits/year minimum), kits will automatically be assigned to your practitioner account.

You can always be added as a practitioner for an already existing account. Have the patient click on account and then select you from the list.
