This can occur when the patient orders on their own or when you order through one of our partners (e.g., Rupa Health, Evexia). Your patient can log in to their account and assign you as their practitioner. Once this is complete, their results should populate in your portal.

Please note that we’ll need confirmation from the patient acknowledging you as their practitioner before we can add their kit to your practitioner account.
