How do I order tests?

Three ordering pathways:

1. Practitioner Portal (Direct Order):

• Log in to your Tiny Health practitioner portal
• Select “Order Kits”
• Choose practitioner-pay or patient-pay

Practitioner Pay:

• You purchase kits at practitioner pricing
• Invoice paid via credit card or practice account
• Kits are shipped directly to your office
• You handle billing/payment collection in your practice
• You set the retail price

Patient Pay:

• Enter your patient’s information
• Patient receives payment link
• Patient pays Tiny Health directly, at your practitioner's price
• The kit is shipped directly to the patient

3. Bulk Ordering (for high-volume practices):

• Contact Tiny Health for wholesale pricing
• Maintain inventory in the office
• You set the retail price for your patients
