Practitioner Pay: Can I purchase a test for my patient, but have it shipped directly to my patient?

Yes you may purchase a test for your patient and we will ship it directly to your patient.  Please add the products you would like to order to your cart, and follow these steps at checkout: 

1. Enter your email address, (not your patient's email address), if you wish to receive the receipt. At the current time we can only send a receipt to one email address, which is why you should use your email address when placing an order. 

2. Enter your patient’s name and shipping information.

3. Select your shipping method. 

4. Enter your payment information. 

5. Uncheck  "Use shipping address as the billing address."

6. Enter your billing information.
