How can a practitioner order kits through Tiny Health?

There are currently two ways to order kits through Tiny Health:
1. Practitioner Pay - The practitioner pays for kits to be drop-shipped to the patient or mailed to the practitioner’s office.
2. Patient Pay - The practitioner enters the patient’s email address and the recommended test details. The patient receives an email instructing them to pay for the test and enter shipping details.
