Yes. Our stool swabs are designed with a built-in desiccant that helps dry and preserve your sample, keeping it stable for up to 8 weeks from the time of collection.
This means your sample remains viable not only during transit to the lab, but also if there’s a delay in shipping or if you forgot to send it right away. As long as your sample is mailed within the 8-week window, it should still be suitable for testing.
If it has been longer than 8 weeks since collection, we recommend collecting and sending a new sample for the most accurate results. Please reach out to hello@tinyhealth.com
