Tiny Health typically fulfills orders within 1–2 business days.
Standard Shipping (USA): Once fulfilled, your kit will be shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. Occasionally, USPS may experience delays. If your test kit has not been delivered within two weeks of fulfillment, our team will investigate and reach out if a replacement is necessary.
Expedited Shipping (USA): If you are located in the U.S., you have the option to add expedited 2–4 business day shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Depending on your location, expedited orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
Shipping to Canada: Tiny Health also ships to Canada, with delivery typically taking 2–3 weeks after fulfillment. Due to variability with cross-border shipping and customs clearance, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
International Shipping: Tiny Health ships to select international countries. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that international shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada do not include a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and checking with their local shipping carrier to ensure all required customs documentation is included.
Any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or other import/export fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please prepay any applicable customs fees when returning your sample to help avoid processing delays.

This policy should be made much more clear in the checkout process. For the priority option, all it says is “priority shipping 2-4 days” (just “days” - NOT “business days”!), and NOT mentioning the 1-2 extra business days for Tiny Health to fulfill. I placed my order on 4/12, paid for priority shipping, and didn't receive my order until 4/20. Extremely misleading and disappointing.
