Tiny Health typically fulfills orders within 1-2 business days. Once fulfilled, your kit is shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you are located in the U.S., you have the option to add expedited 2-4 day shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

This policy should be made much more clear in the checkout process. For the priority option, all it says is “priority shipping 2-4 days” (just “days” - NOT “business days”!), and NOT mentioning the 1-2 extra business days for Tiny Health to fulfill. I placed my order on 4/12, paid for priority shipping, and didn't receive my order until 4/20. Extremely misleading and disappointing.
