We ship to Canada and you may order directly through our website. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping to your home.
Orders outside of the United States and Canada
If you are working with a practitioner:
We’ve recently partnered with Nordic Labs, which allows your practitioner to order a Tiny Health kit for you directly through their platform. If you're under the care of a healthcare provider, we recommend reaching out to them so they can place the order on your behalf.
If you are not working with a practitioner:
We are a small team and have generally turned off support for international orders. Orders placed outside of the U.S. and Canada are more likely to experience delays or issues during shipping, which are unfortunately outside of Tiny Health’s control. These can lead to a less-than-satisfactory experience for our international families.
However, if you're willing to accept the risks and additional costs, we can review whether shipping to your country is possible.
Costs:
- Outbound shipping cost (we ship via UPS or FedEx) and this will be added to your invoice
- Return shipping costs (this depends on the return carrier you choose. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx)
- International support fee of $25 will be added to your invoice
Additional costs:
- If your kit is lost in transit you can purchase a replacement kit for $10 plus the cost of shipping
If you agree to the additional costs and would like to proceed with an order, please reach out to our support team to check if shipping to your country is possible. If so, we will email you an invoice to complete your order.
