We ship to Canada and you may order directly through our website. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping to your home and the return shipping to our lab.
Orders outside of the United States and Canada
We are a small team and have generally turned off support for international orders. International orders are more likely to experience delays due to shipping issues that are out of Tiny Health's control. These shipping delays can result in a less-than-satisfactory experience for our Tiny Health families.
If you are willing to accept that there may be delays or lost packages, our team will check if we can process an order to your country. Please note that the costs that may be incurred with an international order:
Costs:
- Outbound shipping cost (we ship via UPS or FedEx) and this will be added to your invoice
- Return shipping costs (this depends on the return carrier you choose. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx)
- International support fee of $25 will be added to your invoice
Additional costs:
- If your kit is lost in transit you can purchase a replacement kit for $10 plus the cost of shipping
