We know you may want to make sure your sample has safely made its way to our lab. Here are some common tracking situations and what they mean.
My USPS tracking number says my shipment hasn't been scanned or found. What should I do?
In some cases, USPS may add an additional prefix to your tracking number when your package is scanned. This can prevent the full tracking number from being found in the USPS tracking system.
If your tracking number begins with 4372, try removing 4372 and searching the remaining numbers on the USPS Tracking website.
For example:
- Your tracking number:
4372XXXXXXXXXXXX - Search USPS using:
XXXXXXXXXXXX
This may resolve the issue and allow you to see the latest tracking information.
USPS says my shipment has not been received. Does that mean you don't have my sample?
Not necessarily. If the tracking number cannot be found because of the additional USPS prefix, the tracking information may not accurately reflect the status of your shipment.
Once your sample is received by our lab, your Tiny Health account will update accordingly.

USPS says my delivery failed or my package was not delivered. What does this mean?
If USPS shows a failed or unsuccessful delivery attempt, check the date of the attempted delivery.
Our lab is closed on weekends, so USPS may sometimes attempt delivery when no one is available to receive the package. If this happens, USPS will typically attempt delivery again on the next business day.
A failed weekend delivery attempt does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your sample.

USPS says my sample was delivered, but my account hasn't updated. What should I do?
If USPS shows that your package was delivered, it may take 1-2 business days for the sample to be scanned by our lab before your account updates.
If your account has not updated a few days after it was delivered, please reach out to hello@tinyhealth.com so we can help look into it.
When should I contact Tiny Health?
If it has been more than 7 business days since you shipped your sample and your sample has not been received or your account has not updated, please contact our Support Team at hello@tinyhealth.com
